At Ginger Sofreco, for a public infrastructure program in Benin: an information system of about twenty Power Platform applications, with their approval and notification flows, and several AI agents built with Copilot Studio. Meeting minutes are now produced in under a minute, down from 90.

Agents that run unattended on a server and keep track of my companies. The ground rule: no customer secrets on the machine, and banking keys limited to read access.

Two servers that give Claude access to the macOS Notes app and to a Plesk hosting panel. The Notes server makes a local backup before every destructive operation.

Every morning, the app finalizes recurring invoices in Pennylane, then chases unpaid ones at 7, 15 and 30 days. A dashboard shows revenue and what is still owed.
